Shipping and Returns

  • All postage costs will need to be confirmed before finalisation of order. This is an approximate cost only.
  • To insure against the unlikely event of loss or damage from the post, please request insurance from your postal service.
  • In the unlikely event of faulty/missing goods from your order, please notify us within no less than 5 working days from receiving your order. Coming back to us a couple of weeks after receiving is not acceptable and we will not replace or reissue.

  • No credit card details will be maintained on this server. All payments are via PayPal, cheque or direct deposit.
